Gift Aid Form
If you are a UK Tax payer and donate to the Foodbank we are able to claim 25% of your donation from the Government. Here is a form to complete so we can claim gift aid on your behalf. You only need to complete the form and we take care of the rest.
**Please note you don't need a gift aid form if you donate through just giving or Cove Parish's church suite as they claim the gift aid.
