This month marks an important milestone — two years since we welcomed a Citizens Advice Rushmoor advisor into our distribution centres. What began as a partnership has become something much more: a vital, joined-up service for the people who walk through our doors.

We are proud to work in partnership with Citizens Advice Rushmoor to provide more than just emergency food support to those who come to us for help.

At both of our foodbank distribution centres, a Citizens Advice advisor is available during sessions. Alongside essential food supplies, individuals and families can access expert guidance on benefits, budgeting, housing, and debt — all in the same place. This means we can respond more holistically to the challenges people are facing.

For many, a foodbank visit is just one part of a much bigger picture. Rising living costs, unexpected life changes, and ongoing health conditions can all contribute to financial difficulty. Through this partnership, we help address the root causes of crisis — not just the immediate need.
